Speaking With Purpose

This morning began with a church service with the church, Gemeinde Christi.  It was a very interesting experience since it was mainly done in German. However, a few songs were sung in English and the missionary translated for us when we needed to move or what was going on.  During the sermon, we had a translator as well which was REALLY helpful.  The sermon was moving, speaking about the different forms of motivation and asking what our motivation was towards God.  

After the service, we ate at the potluck provided by the church members.  VERY yummilcious :D.  In the afternoon, we went to Homenhalen to a local part in order to play an afternoon of softball against another church close by.  It was SUPER fun, and we all had a blast enjoying getting to know more of the church members and their families. I am posting some pictures from the games.  

Overall, we are having a GREAT time and our first week went very well.  Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we have more conversations this week with some new readers. :)
